We are looking for an experienced and operational marketing manager to join our fast-growing team in Spain. This role will play a crucial role in scaling our business and aligning with local market needs in close collaboration with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Include

As the local Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the local B2B, B2B2C and B2C Marketing Plan by aligning with the regional marketing strategy to differentiate our products, technologies, and services in the aesthetics market within the region.

Marketing Planning & Tactical Implementation

Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop annual brand plans and co-create related tactics.Develop a local marketing plan, covering B2B, B2B2C and B2C, as relevant and in collaboration with Country Manager, Medical Manager, and other stakeholders.Translate marketing strategy into tactical plans across multiple channels, focusing on customer and patient journeys, and incorporating central materials and initiatives to meet in-country needs.Support customer segmentation and targeting activities to ensure optimal adoption of JULÄINE.Manage and maintain promotional materials and collaterals according to necessary company guidelines.Continuously scan external environment to monitor market trends, competitors' activities, market drivers and barriers.Support KOL and medical education activities, in collaboration with medical affairs and the Nordberg Medical Institute.Lead critical activities such as HCP Promotion, Congress Planning and execution, vendor management, budget tracking, identification of best practices, and to identify, execute, and track core brand tactics.

** Field Support **

Roll out the marketing strategy to customer facing employees and provide guidance for implementation.Monitor execution, conduct field work to gain customer feedback, gain insights and reevaluate as needed.Analyse training needs and support the design of training programs to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and scientific communication skills.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in an operational Marketing role in the Aesthetics sector.Experience with digital- and social media marketing is essential. Experience in B2B, B2B2C and B2C Plans (strategy and implementation).Experience with CLM and understanding of CRM systems.Experience coordinating events.Prior experience collaborating with sales teams (understanding of sales mindset, timings, and requirements).Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English are needed.
