Qualifications:
Overall experience related to Banking technology (consulting, fintech, banks) of at least 10 years, desirable +12 yearsOutstanding English communication a mustPreferably located in Málaga (Madrid acceptable)


Functional SkillsProduct Deep understanding of Business and Operations of Accounts Receivables and Receivable Purchase Program models (+5 years)Experience in functional modeling and process definition for Accounts Receivables and Receivable Purchase Program models (+2 years)Desirable knowledge and understanding of Receivables market and competitive landscape (banks' positioning, vendor acknowledgement, future trends)TechnologyExperience in technological platform development & deployment (+5 years)Technological awareness and strong technology backgroundProject Management & Program executionReferences in complex program managementHandling of project management methodologies (risk management, reporting, prioritization, issue management, etc.)

Soft SkillsCommunicationHigh level of executive communication, including (but not limited to):

Conceptualization of complex topicsSummarizing (executive summaries, elevator pitch)Advanced storyline/ storytelling for complex topicsVast use of communication support materials (presentations, documents, etc.)
