Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:
Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online systems.
Handle modifications and cancellations promptly.

Customer Service:

Resolve guest issues and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate reservation records.
