Senior Warehouse Coordinator

Lead the coordination and management of the warehouse, inventory and its operations Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplaceAct autonomously and with minimal supervisionResponsabilitiesMonitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods/deliveriesMonitor and process returns including initial quality inspectionInvestigate stock deviations Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations/bins as requiredEnsure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates/scrappingLead the coordination and participate in stock takingLead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSELiaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods/deliveriesOther supply chain duties as directedKey Performance metricsReceiving and dispatch timeReturns processing timeStock taking accuracy (% of stock variation)Competencies/SkillsEducation:Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good)Certificate in warehousing preferredWork experience:1-2 years supply chain experience preferredSAP experience preferredSkills & competencies required:Process and e2e thinking (well structured, methodical)High organizational skillsAbility to act autonomouslyGood interpersonal skillsGood IT understanding (e.g. SAP, CRM, WMS)Good communication skills to all organizational levels
