🚀 We're Hiring: Senior GenAI Agentic Engineer (Remote)Are you passionate about building AI agents that solve real business problems?Do you thrive on working with cutting-edge agent frameworks, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures?We’re looking for a Senior GenAI Agentic Engineer to join an early-stage startup and help build from scratch the leading marketplace for autonomous AI agents in enterprise automation.📌 What You’ll Do:Design and implement autonomous agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AG2, and others.Build complex orchestration flows where multiple agents collaborate to execute advanced tasks.Integrate LLMs from diverse providers (OpenRouter, Cerebras, cloud APIs, etc.) and evaluate technical, cost, and performance trade-offs.Develop and manage context with Model Context Protocol (MCP) in distributed, scalable architectures.Collaborate with the core platform team (Ruby on Rails) to seamlessly deploy agents with full observability.Explore, adapt, and integrate valuable open-source agents into our marketplace.🎯 What We’re Looking For:Proven experience building AI agents in production — not just tutorials or POCs.Deep hands-on expertise with 2–3 agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.).Strong understanding of LLMs: structured prompting, memory management, token optimization, and model evaluation.Mandatory practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.Solid Python skills — clean, tested, and maintainable code.Technical curiosity: experience with experimental frameworks like DSPy or A2A, or web scraping tools like Apify, Crawlee, or Playwright is a big plus.✨ Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Join at a pivotal moment: your technical decisions will shape the platform’s architecture for years.Report directly to the CTO and have a real voice in product and tech strategy.No rigid specs — you’ll design solutions from scratch for real, evolving challenges.Work at the forefront of the fastest-moving space in AI today: autonomous agents.Be part of a small, elite engineering team where your impact is visible and valued.📍 Remote | 💶 Competitive salary | 🛠️ Team: Core EngineeringIf you're excited to lead the development of AI agents that transform how companies adopt artificial intelligence — we’d love to meet you.👉 Send me a message or your CV.
