SEO Outreach & Link Building Specialist - Barcelona (imprescindible català professional)Busquem una persona experta en SEO i gestió de continguts digitals, amb capacitat per treballar en entorns multicanal i contribuir de manera directa al creixement del trànsit orgànic. La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà tant de tasques on-page com off-page, amb especial focus en estratègies avançades d'outreach, link acquisition i optimització de continguts.Funcions i responsabilitats:Disseny i execució d'estratègies de outreach orientades a obtenir enllaços rellevants i de qualitat.Identificació de mitjans, portals, blogs i partners estratègics alineats amb els valors i objectius de la Fundació.Avaluació del perfil d'enllaços (backlink profile) i detecció d'oportunitats de millora (competitor link gap, broken link building, guest posting).Supervisió de continguts publicats en webs externes i verificació del compliment dels criteris SEO.Pujada i actualització de continguts en webs pròpies (WordPress, Drupal, Vento): notícies, landing pages, fitxes de producte i esdeveniments.Revisió, adaptació i optimització de continguts per a SEO (keywords, metadades, enllaçat intern, estructura).Coordinació amb equips interns i proveïdors per garantir la coherència i qualitat dels continguts.Monitoratge i anàlisi de resultats amb eines d'analítica (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, o similars).Elaboració d'informes periòdics de rendiment i propostes de millora.Requisits:Grau o cicle formatiu en Màrqueting Digital, Comunicació, Publicitat o similar.Experiència mínima de 2-3 anys en gestió de continguts web, optimització SEO i linkbuilding.Experiència en estratègies de linkbuilding i contacte amb webs externes.Experiència en la gestió de CMS: WordPress, Drupal i altres.Coneixements sòlids en SEO on-page i off-page.Coneixement avançat de Google Analytics, Google Search Console i eines SEO.Capacitat de redacció, revisió i adaptació de continguts.Idiomes: català, castellà i anglès (nivell alt, escrit i parlat).Es valorarà:Experiència amb eines com Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs o similars.Coneixements en HTML i CSS.Experiència prèvia en projectes culturals, turístics o socials.Proactivitat, detall i orientació a resultats.
