Overview: We are looking for a Certified Welding Engineer to join our team. This role will play a key role in handling welding processes as well as interacting directly with customers visiting our facilities. The ideal candidate must be able to explain in detail the technical aspects of welding and ensure that our procedures comply with international regulations and standards.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Welding Engineer you will assume a keyrole in the assurance of the regulations and procedures with the followign responsibilities:

• Regulatory compliance: Ensure that welding procedures follow international and European standards such as ISO 9606, EN 287, or EN 15614.
• Documentation and Certification: Maintain up-to-date documentation related to welding certifications and compliance with procedures.
• Customer Service: Greet customers at the factory, guide them and provide detailed explanations on welding processes, ensuring that they understand the technical specifications and procedures applied.
• Process Supervision: Supervise and control the welding procedures in the plant, ensuring that they comply with the established quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that welding work complies with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
• Technical support: Provide technical support on welding issues to both customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• Engineering Degree.

💡 Required knowledge and skills:

• Welding Certification: ISO 9606, EN 287 or EN 15614 (Welding Procedures Qualification).
• Previous experience: Demonstrable welding experienceof minimun 2 years, preferably in an industrial or fabrication environment.
• Communication skills: Ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively to customers and co-workers.

• Knowledge of other international standards related to welding.
• Good level of English, especially in technical terms.
