The time has come to focus on concrete results and abandon laborious projects that drain organizations.Our innovative technology aims to contribute to collective well-being and preserve the planet for future generations. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Enabled Delivery), located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Senior Engineer will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions that integrate modern full-stack development with advanced AI capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable, integrate and scale AI capabilities into business operations.The role requires someone who can move fast—leveraging AI coding assistants—while delivering robust, scalable, secure production systems. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, AI services, and agent orchestration to build real products that embed AI in meaningful and impactful ways.The Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support productization of AI features, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-enabled applications within client environments.Design and develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python and/or .NET, integrating AI capabilities into real workflows and business processes.Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted coding tools while applying solid architectural thinking and software engineering practices, ensuring long-term maintainability and code quality.Build production-grade AI-enabled features, including LLM integrations, agent logic, retrieval pipelines, and multimodal interactions.           Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and data integrations connecting AI modules with enterprise or industrial systems.Design and develop autonomous AI agents by implementing multi-agent systems, reasoning frameworks, and agent architectures that integrate custom code with LLMs and/or external tools.Develop deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and observability components to ensure reliability and safe operation of AI-driven features.Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to adapt, evaluate, and optimize models for specific use cases, without requiring heavy model research work.Ensure best practices in versioning, testing, and CI/CD across full-stack and AI components.Design and develop scalable AI/ML system architectures from training pipelines to production inference infrastructure, either on-premises or on the cloud.Lead AI model productization by implementing automated deployment systems, continuous monitoring, and retraining pipelines.Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Domain Experts to translate business needs into AI-driven technical designs and solutions and delivery plans.QualificationsExpertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLM), and Machine Learning (ML)Proven track record in AI-assisted (Cursor, Gemini, Codex, Claude, Lovable, Base44 etc) full stack software development (React, typescript, Python and .net)Proficiency in AI model design, development, and implementationWorking knowledge of containerization, Docker and CI/CDAbility to optimize and scale AI modelsStrong understanding of business processes and operationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills (Spanish and English)Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in energy sector or related industries is a plusCommitment to ethical AI practices and sustainabilityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI technologies
