In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure we bring in high-quality candidates who align with our company’s goals and culture.Location: MadridWork Model: Office basedKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and job specificationsDevelop and post job descriptions on various job boards ( LinkedIn, Infojobs,…), career pages, and social media platformsSource and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referralsScreen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screens and in-person/virtual interviewsManage and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidatesProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain candidate pipelines and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practicesRepresent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferencesAssist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choiceAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadershipREQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAt AMFresh, we promote equal opportunities without discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other potentially exclusionary factor.Candidates participating in this selection process will be evaluated objectively, transparently, and fairly, in accordance with the requirements of the position.
