Desde ASTEK Iberia, buscamos un Customer Success Manager para cooperar directamente con nuestro partner líder en el sector de los pagos, en un entorno internacional.
💪 Tu misión, si la aceptas…
- Gestionar la relación con clientes y solucionar posibles problemas.
- Analizar el nivel de satisfacción.
- Identificar oportunidades de ventas.
- Formar constantemente a los usuarios.
- Agrupar y actualizar toda la información del cliente (necesidades, requisitos, restricciones de calendario, presupuestos, quien toma la decisión, etc…).
- Movilizar a los equipos internos involucrados para establecer y desplegar un plan de acción para mejorar la experiencia y lealtad del cliente, y por lo tanto, la rentabilidad (nuevas funciones, nuevas herramientas y servicios…).
- Controlar los indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs) para un análisis regular.

- Una persona con buena actitud y ganas de aprender
- Un buen compañero para trabajar en equipo
- Un amante de los idiomas, con inglés alto (C1)
- Alguien con 4-5 años de experiencia como Customer Success Manager, orientado al cliente, con experiencia técnica y Data Driven.
- Una persona con experiencia en la industria del viaje y las empresas tecnológicas.
- Una persona que tenga conocimiento de lo que son las API, una plataforma y un marketplace. También que entienda datos y Google Analytics.
