We are enriching vertical-specific experiences through curated services, smarter partner ecosystems, and increasingly seamless user journeys — from parcel delivery to room booking, from marketplace purchases to on-site amenities.Our amenities framework centralizes everything users can do in a building — services, deliveries, marketplace items, returns, and partner experiences — and displays them in an intuitive interface across locker screens, Standalone devices, and the App (Webapp and native). Your job will be to make that ecosystem commercially powerful, engaging, profitable, and relevant for each building by applying sharp e-commerce thinking and partner strategy.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an E-commerce & Amenities Business Owner — someone who reports to our Tech Product Manager with strong business, marketing, and sales-driven product thinking. This role strengthens how Smart Point curates, presents, and commercializes its ecosystem of amenities, services, and partner brands across lockers, standalone screens, and the App.The role demands:User retention improvement through the definition of robust partner ecosystem strategies.Deep understanding of building community demographics, enabling meaningful matches between user profiles (professionals, residential tenants, students, hospital staff, corporate teams) and attractive service or brand offerings.A strong commercial and marketing vision for digital products, particularly focused on elevating our Digital Portal's and App's conversion, engagement, and retention performance.Hands-on experience in the management and growth of digital products or online services, with direct impact on sales and revenue performance.Mastery of engagement mechanics, ensuring high conversion rates and recurrent usage across Smart Point’s omnichannel environment.A KPI-driven mindset, capable of building dashboards, interpreting data, and transforming insights into growth hypotheses.Comfortable with Agile methodologies, supporting iterative product development grounded in experimentation and outcome validation.Competitive awareness across prop-tech, last-mile delivery, amenity marketplaces, and e-commerce, identifying new areas for innovation and differentiation.A continuous search for disruptive approaches to present, package, and monetise services within the residential, office, and hospitality building ecosystem.What you will doCurate and enrich our amenities ecosystem (services, marketplace items, partner infocards) ensuring relevance per vertical and building audience.Work side-by-side with the Product Manager to deliver user value for residents, professionals, students, and corporate communities.Validate which brands, services, and solutions should appear on Smart Point devices, optimising visibility and sales. and on Smart Point devices, optimising visibility and sales.Detect weak user flows or low-performing service presentations and propose product-marketing improvements.Build KPI reports on partner performance, conversion funnels, purchase behaviour, and amenity adoption.Identify new opportunities to boost conversion: pricing strategies, seasonal campaigns, bundles, funnel optimization, or category restructuring.Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, UX, and Engineering to generate innovative and disruptive service ideas.Test features after launch, gather insights, and iterate with a hypothesis–driven approach.Who you are+5 years of experience in digital product, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and innovation — able to push growth initiatives end-to-end.Collaborative team spirit; respectful, curious, and constantly learning.Highly analytical, comfortable transforming data into insights, recommendations, and opportunities.Experience working with brands, partnerships, and user segmentation to build value-driven service portfolios.Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, prop-tech, marketplace, or service-driven platforms.Strategic thinker aligned with company goals and wider business impact.Proactive, creative, and energised by contributing value beyond your role.Role BenefitsWorking at Smart Point means joining an innovative prop-tech environment where product, technology, and user experience come together to redefine how people interact with buildings.
