INSUD PHARMA believes in innovation and sustainable development.What are we looking for? 🔎Support the analysis, evaluation, and execution of acquisition, merger, joint venture, and strategic alliance projects identified by the company.Actively participate throughout the entire M&A process: preliminary analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and transaction closing.Develop complex financial models, forecasts, company valuations using various financial methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, etc.), and scenario analysis.Prepare executive presentations and detailed reports for strategic decision-making by senior management.Manage coordination with legal, financial, technical advisors, and other external parties throughout the process.Conduct market analysis focused on the pharmaceutical sector and monitor key trends and competitors.Support the integration of acquisitions and post-transaction follow-up to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate on business case development and analysis of the financial and strategic impact of corporate transactions.Keep updated the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to M&A operations.The challenge 🚀Manage, analyze, coordinate, and communicate with rigor and autonomy complex corporate transactions, contributing to the sustainable growth of INSUD PHARMA.What do you need? 🤓Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
