From ManpowerGroup Interim Management we are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Site Merchandiser with strong expertise in site optimization, digital marketing, and e-commerce to support the online retail strategy of a major global player in the technology industry. This role will contribute to enhancing the customer experience, improving online performance, and driving conversion across key markets in Southern Europe.🔹Location: Remote in Spain🔹Start date: ASAP🔹Duration: 18 months.✨ Key Responsibilities📌 Build and maintain the site merchandising content plan, ensuring alignment with key local and regional stakeholders.🛒 Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring product information, services, sales motions, and customer messaging are clear, accurate, and compelling.📝 Create detailed merchandising briefs and collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure flawless storefront execution.📊 Use analytics tools, customer insights, and market trends to generate data-driven recommendations and share them with global teams.🧪 Develop and implement “test and learn” frameworks to optimize site performance and user experience.🌍 Stay up to date with online and e-commerce trends regionally and globally, proposing initiatives to enhance site efficiency.🤝 Partner with internal teams to coordinate merchandising activities for campaigns and key sales cycles.🔎 Skills & Qualifications🛍️ Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics in Spain or Italy and ability to translate marketing needs into effective execution.📈 Skilled in analyzing customer data and sales metrics; comfortable working with analytical tools.🗣️ Native-level Spanish or Italian (C2) and strong English proficiency (C1).🗂️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital workflows and data-driven decision-making.💡 Customer-centric mindset with strong interest in user behavior and conversion optimization.⚡ Positive, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.🔄 Adaptability to shift priorities and manage multiple tasks as needed.🎓 Education & Experience🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent training).💼 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or site merchandising.💼 Additional Information🏠 Remote position based in Spain.💶 Competitive hourly rate.💻 Standard laptop provided.🔄 Possibility of contract extension depending on performance and business needs.Take this opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team within a global leader.
