Our team of about 40 in-house professionals covers all aspects of development, including project management, interior design and architecture, accounting, and legal department. In addition to residential projects, Antima has developed and currently manages the renowned Forum property on the Golden Mile, a premier commercial shopping destination with cafes, restaurants, shops, gym and lifestyle boutiques. 


Within the Antima Group, we also own Sandon, a high-end furniture and interior design company. Sandon offers an exclusive range of furniture, décor, and lifestyle products at its flagship store in Forum, Marbella, while providing bespoke interior design services to clients worldwide.

Job Summary, Marketing Manager


Antima Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and drive marketing efforts across its diverse portfolio, including Antima Homes, Forum Marbella, and Sandon. In this dynamic role, you will develop and implement impactful strategies that reflect our vision, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing calendars, managing budgets, and forecasting potential revenue—especially for Forum Marbella.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies for Antima Group’s brands, including Forum Marbella, Antima Homes, and Sandon.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, integrating physical events, digital rollouts, paid social media, and print media.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns, social media content, e-mail marketing, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent and elevated branding across all platforms and materials for Forum Marbella, Antima Homes, and Sandon.
  • Content Creation: Organize and curate content for social media posting plans, newsletters, websites, and promotional materials while aligning with brand identities and goals.
  • Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute events within Forum, driving foot traffic and customer engagement through diverse channels, including social media, local media, and on-site advertising.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI while meeting project objectives.
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with mall tenants, external vendors, and partners to execute successful campaigns and events.


Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally in retail, real estate, or lifestyle industries.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta, Klaviyo, Sanity) and analytics.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).


Skills & Attributes


  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote).
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Work Environment


  • Primary location: Antima Group HQ at Forum, Marbella.
  • Regular interaction with tenants, visitors, and external vendors.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work, especially for major events and seasonal campaigns.
