Tu diriges une équipe dynamique et soudée dont l'ultime mission est d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de ta surface de vente.

Le poste nécessite d'être disponible certains samedis et/ou dimanches selon la localisation du supermarché.

En tant que Directeur de Supermarché, tu es un véritable chef d'orchestre. Afin d'atteindre tes objectifs stratégiques, tu gères ton équipe et ton supermarché à travers tes missions quotidiennes :

  1. Manager et accompagner une équipe de 20 à 40 collaborateurs : organisation et répartition des tâches, gestion des plannings, recrutement, intégration et formation des nouveaux entrants.
  2. Optimiser la satisfaction du client en garantissant la bonne tenue du supermarché : disponibilité des produits, propreté de la surface de vente, absence d'attente en caisse.
  3. Assurer l'approvisionnement du supermarché en adéquation avec ses besoins : optimisation du stock, contrôle qualité, gestion régulière...

Que tu aies de l'expérience dans le commerce ou que tu débutes dans la vie active, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité.

  • Tu adoptes naturellement une posture managériale et fédératrice tout en étant pédagogue.
  • Tu sais organiser et gérer les priorités.
  • Tu es réactif(ve) et tu as le goût de la performance.

Pour postuler au poste de Directeur de Supermarché, il te faudra, selon ta situation :

  • BAC+2 avec 5 ans d'expérience en management.
  • BAC+3/4 avec 2 ans d'expérience en management.
  • BAC+5 avec ou sans expérience en management.

  • Une rémunération variable avec un salaire brut annuel de 51 971 € à l'embauche, passant à 56 733 € après 1 an, 59 321 € après 2 ans, et 63 028 € après 3 ans.

  • Une prime de participation et/ou d'intéressement (en fonction des résultats de l'entreprise).
