One of its units provides global SaaS solutions for brands and retailers, generating over €100 million annually with a team of 600+ professionals. For that business unit, they are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Define and execute QA strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create a centralized QA department to ensure quality standards across all products.
- Promote best practices across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team.
- Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Oversee all testing activities and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Professionalize the QA function, ensuring developers are not directly responsible for testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years in software QA, with 10+ years in leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to implement best practices.
- Knowledge of test automation, continuous integration, performance, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in QA within SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of security standards.
- Leadership skills to standardize processes and ensure quality across the company.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus, as some teams only speak French).
