We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation as part of the Retail & Commercial Division. In 2016 the re-launch of the Bank began and since then we have been in continuous expansion and growth, especially on our technological side. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our clients' experience to the next level. In the last three years we launched the Bank in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal with others to follow.

Frontend Development ( React )

Data Science & BI

Core Banking (Retail, Wealth & Assisted channels)

Security

What will you be working on?

We want to take our client's digital experience to a new level and you will help us innovate in digital product development in banking.

You will join one of our high performing agile teams and will start working with a top-notch tech stack, that may include :

SWIFT 5 and Objective C.

REST and SOAP integrations .

Android SDK and Kotlin

Java 11 to 17

Scala Spark AWS

Python

What do we offer in our Opentech Program?

Opportunity to learn on the job by partnering with peers who will guide and train graduates. The graduates will get to know the phases of software development cycle covering tasks from analysis, test definition, development, release process,the definition of metrics and many more. You will start with training tasks but as the program moves along you will be able to work with real code in a production environment.

An assigned development team to guide you through the learning process that will assure you have a global experience getting in contact with all the meaningful stakeholders as, UX, Business and Product teams.
