Responsibilities:
  • Define brand development strategy based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategy and plans, collaborating with related functions to execute campaigns including creative, advertising, PR, social media, and EDM.
  • Work with product and operations teams to develop brand strategies and allocate resources to achieve brand goals.
  • Guide the creation of high-quality and effective marketing materials aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities that align with the brand to maximize growth potential.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a brand manager or marketing manager.
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing within the Spain or Western European markets is a plus.
  • Passionate about building brands from the ground up or with minimal initial presence.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
