About Us:
Proceedit is a software development company specializing in business process automation. We help transform your business by managing complexity and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. Our BPaaS business model enables agile operations, process control, and margin maximization without requiring significant investment. Our Service Unit focuses on user training, support, maintenance, and improvement of our automation solutions, as well as coordinating BPO services to meet customer needs.
As an Operations and Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in our Service Unit, working on project management, deployment, configuration, training, support, BPaaS, and BPO services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Assisting in managing project activities and timelines.
- Deployment & Configuration: Participating in deploying and configuring AI-APP-SOP-RPA BPM solutions.
- Training & Support: Contributing to user training and providing ongoing support.
- BPaaS Services: Assisting in coordinating Business Process as a Service offerings.
- BPO Services: Supporting micro Business Process Outsourcing services for clients.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in operations and project management.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and their complexities.
- Basic skills in Python, Databases, and APIs.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
