Dematic is seeking a strategic Global HR Technology & Operations Leader to drive HR systems adoption, lead global HR operations, and ensure process excellence across regions.   • Define business needs, develop effective solutions, and lead successful implementations.

HR Operations :
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership to evolve HR Operations impact.
  • Implement standardized HR operations and centralized services for efficient delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within HR functions.
  • Adopt best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration and People Leadership :
  • Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Foster partnerships with business leaders to address HR needs.
  • Design and implement innovative HR policies with cross-functional teams.
Requirements :
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a global, fast-paced, innovative engineering/technology environment.
  • Experience working with senior leaders worldwide.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience in building standardized HR operational models.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent, with relevant work experience.
