What You'll Do:
As the Operations & Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our logistics services remain competitive and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies for client quotations.
Analyzing market trends to keep pricing aligned with industry benchmarks.
Overseeing and optimizing logistics operations, including port pickups, deliveries, and customs clearance.
Collaborating with internal teams to improve cost efficiency and streamline workflows.
Providing timely and accurate pricing and operational support to clients.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in logistics, pricing, or operations (3+ years preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in logistics software and advanced Excel capabilities.
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
