Requirements
Your Experience, Our Future
- Excellent Communication : Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Customer-Centric Approach : A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
- Strong Administrative & Analytical Skills : Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
Your Benefits Package
- Start Date : 13th August 2025
- Contract : Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Position : Customer Support Agent
- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, between 10 : 00 pm to 3 : 00 am
- Salary : €19,000 gross per year
- Training : 2 weeks of office based training, Monday to Friday from 3 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm
- New Balance : Vouchers for top performers
