About the Company: Our consultancy client is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to support a leading pharmaceutical client in building and scaling their enterprise AI / ML capabilities. This role, delivered via a specialist consultancy, is ideal for a platform-focused engineer who can design, deploy, and maintain robust AI infrastructure to accelerate drug discovery, clinical trial optimisation, and operational analytics.
Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and maintain AI infrastructure to support enterprise AI / ML capabilities.
- Work with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP technologies.
- Lead program governance, change enablement, and stakeholder management.
- Develop REST APIs, design NoSQL and RDBMS databases, optimize data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on functional and process design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures.
- Document architecture solutions and lessons learned for each project.
- Assess AI and automation market trends and competitors.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating feedback and product improvements.
