Necesitamos seleccionar un Administrativo/a contable con discapacidad, para una importante agencia de comunicación y relaciones públicas situada en la zona de Quevedo- Iglesia.
Funciones:- Atención telefónica a clientes internos y socios y resolución de incidencias derivadas de los mismos.
- Gestión de mail.
- Seguimiento de envíos terrestres.
- Gestión de incidencias nacional e internacional.
- Grabación y gestión de recogidas de mercancía.
- Trabajo de archivo y labores administrativas básicas.
- Envío de documentación en general derivada de la actividad del departamento.
- Puesto estable, contrato indefinido (con periodo de prueba).
- Jornada y horario: Jornada completa, rotativa a la semana. de 8:00 a 17:00 / 9:00 a 18:00.
- Salario: 20.000 y 22.500 €.
- Zona Coslada.
- Formación académica mínima en finanzas o Administración de empresas.
- Experiencia laboral en administración (mínimo 6 meses).
- Conocimiento paquete office nivel medio.
- Estar en posesión del Certificado de discapacidad mínimo del 33%.
- Orientación al cliente interno, atención al detalle.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Inglés: Mínimo B2.
