CAPEX AND INVESTMENT MANAGER This role involves leading business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and monitoring of the Home Care Division's strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. The role ensures effective resource allocation to support growth, capacity expansion, and production efficiency, aligning with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
Manage the complete capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual expenditure against approved budgets and forecasts, with presentations to senior management.
Prepare investment approval requests, including business cases, financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations, collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer and Key Account Managers for growth investments.
Work with the Chief Operating Officer and plant managers to identify operational efficiency opportunities and analyze the financial and business aspects of required investments.
Conduct detailed post-implementation reviews (PIR) for major capital projects to evaluate performance against targets, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement in CapEx planning and execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management to track project performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic KPIs.
Establish a robust CapEx governance framework to ensure all investments meet financial and compliance standards.
Serve as the main liaison with corporate finance and the Homecare team regarding CapEx and investment matters.
Fluency in English is required.
University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning, CapEx management, or investment analysis within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong financial modeling skills, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential); SAP experience is a plus.
