We are seeking an experienced Head of House for a luxurious private yacht, operating in the Mediterranean and Caribbean with a short winter season. This 85-meter vessel requires a dedicated leader to oversee its interior operations.
As Head of House, you will work closely with the Chief Stew to lead the HK team, ensuring the interior is immaculate and maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the housekeeping team
- Overseeing inventory management and provisioning
- Creating worklists and maintaining administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a Head of House role
- Knowledge of operations on similar-sized yachts
This permanent position offers:
- 90 days' probationary period
- 90 days' annual leave
- Three return flights per annum
- Medical coverage under MLC regulations
- Training allowance
- Annual bonus
The successful candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible. Please note that this role is specific to female candidates due to cabin arrangements.
