Business AnalystLocation: Remote – Madrid (GMT+1)
About the Role:We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) to work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the development of technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data management processes.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand their business requirements related to lending products.
- Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Support the development of technical solutions and collaborate with IT teams for implementation.
- Participate in data analysis to identify trends and improve data management processes for lending products.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data dictionaries, data models, and documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) .
- Knowledge and experience in CIB lending products and distribution methods are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
