Missions : Lead cross-functional teams across a global organization (North America, Asia, and EU). Maintain direct relations and manage with EOM customers. Ensure program tasks are completed properly and on time. Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. Handle problem solving and manage escalation processes for critical issues. Supervise and ensure the program budget and profitability are maintained or improved. Define program timelines and ensure milestones are met, including invoicing. Challenge the program status regularly to identify cost and timing improvements.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Over 4 years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive industry. Methodical and organized. Experience with aesthetic plastic parts. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of automotive tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP, BEON, LION, iPQ, etc. Location: Valencia. Travel expected 20-30% of the time.
