AXA Partners is embarking on an exciting journey to leverage data for strategic decision-making. We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to support our data strategy.

What will you do?

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering reliable data assets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced analytical systems: Design, test, and deliver data assets that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Ensuring data quality and sustainability: Implement quality routines and collaborate with experts to improve our data platform.
  • Promoting analytics usage: Participate in data analysis projects and support the adoption of best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborating with the Data Analysts community: Share knowledge, projects, and foster a culture of collaboration.

Your profile

We are looking for:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Intelligence with a specialization in Big Data.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a production BI environment, with experience in data warehousing and analytics projects within multicultural organizations.
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, SQL, SSAS, DAX, etc.) and dimensional modeling best practices.
    • Understanding of software development processes (git, CI/CD) and knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (Kimball methodology, star schema, data warehousing, datamarts, cubes, KPIs).
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Agile mindset: Ability to work in an international, complex environment with a focus on creativity and innovation.
