Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our Support Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with different customers, projects, and disciplines on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers by phone and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Schedule tasks with programmers to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility in your work.
  • Believe in the importance of prevention over cure.
  • Show empathy towards customers and colleagues alike.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Have experience managing WordPress and/or Laravel websites.
