Software Developer Role in Our Support Department

As a Software Support Developer, you will be a product expert representing the company in client communications, assisting with end-user application development and software component integration.

Your Responsibilities as a Member of the Support Team:
  • Communicate in English with customers via online help desk software.
  • Analyze customer needs, examine their projects, and develop efficient solutions based on DevExpress products.
  • Communicate solutions effectively to customers.
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve various tasks and improve DevExpress products and services.
  • Participate in the software development of world-class product lines based on Microsoft technologies like WinForms, WinUI, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and HTML/JS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of C# programming language.
  • Familiarity with the .NET Framework.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to work effectively with clients and teammates.
  • Able to analyze and evaluate client requirements.
  • Able to analyze and debug source code of our products and customer projects.
