Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner IT to act as the key liaison between users, project managers, and technical teams. The mission is to analyze, document, and optimize processes, ensuring that technological solutions align with business goals. You will work closely with various technical and functional profiles to ensure efficient and high-quality implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and internal/external stakeholders to clearly define the project scope.
  • Gather and refine requirements with the Product Owner, ensuring the development team understands them correctly.
  • Coordinate with the solution architect to estimate and distribute workloads.
  • Break down design and implementation tasks and keep the planning updated.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Support project execution monitoring: track activities, ensure quality control, and resolve incidents.
  • Identify scope deviations and escalate to the appropriate teams.
  • Draft and maintain functional and technical documentation (e.g., Solution Design Document).
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and internal training sessions.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in audits or compliance-related activities as needed.

Desired Profile (M/F/D):

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2–3 years in a similar role, within complex technological environments.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven analytical and process management skills.
