Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Associate for 30 hours per week on a permanent basis at our Armani Outlet in Las Rozas Village.

Your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

Main Functions
  • Provide excellent attention to all customers and ensure they are properly advised on collections.
  • Achieve individual and store objectives.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Collect customer CRM details for the customer portfolio and follow up with them.
  • Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock, and products.
  • Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends, and be a fan of our brand.
Profile

- At least 2 years of experience in fashion sales.

- Good presence and communication skills.

- Passionate about fashion.

- Vocation for customer service.

- Proficient in English and Spanish.
