The Impact You'll Make in this Role:
As a(n) Bids & Tenders Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintain public tenders' information on internal system based on specifications and identify business opportunities for bidding.
- Obtain the necessary documentation for tenders and regular business from public websites using e-cert and sign public tender documentation, including legal claims.
- Capture competition landscape from tender results.
- Public pricing management.
- Sales team support on tender preparation and customer enquiries management.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law / Economics / Business Sciences or related.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 2-5 years' experience in public procurement management.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, programming tools).
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mentality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible ((Madrid) at least (2) days per week)
Travel: Not required
Relocation Assistance: Not required
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
