Apeiron Sumus is seeking a Solution Assessment Consultant to join our team. This role involves leading the execution of Microsoft Azure and Security Solution Assessment projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has previous Microsoft Technology sales experience. They should bring new ideas, have a passion for the role, and be proactive in creating opportunities for new accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage lead flow: Perform Solution Assessments for Microsoft managed customers, including data collection, remote installation, configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and delivering assessment reports.
  2. Orchestrate Assessment process: Manage and execute Solution Assessments for each account.
  3. Manage current accounts: Maintain contact with existing accounts and leads, promote Solution Assessments, and coordinate remote meetings with sales teams.
  4. Business forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasts, action plans, and logs of active assessments.

Professional and Technical competencies:

  • Experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI
  • Understanding of sales metrics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience integrating Microsoft solutions to support business needs
  • Ability to work with IT systems for data collection
  • Self-directed with a focus on quality and independent judgment

Personal Profile:

  • Languages: English and Polish (native proficiency in Polish)
  • Educational level: Bachelor's degree
  • Willing to work in a multicultural, global environment
  • This is an on-site position, and relocation is required

Desirable Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) (MB-910)
