岗位职责:

· 销售数据分析与报告

负责收集、整理并分析销售数据,包括订单、库存、市场趋势、客户行为等,为销售团队提供数据支持。

建立并维护销售数据看板(Dashboard),实时监控关键销售指标(KPI),支持销售决策。

结合市场数据,预测销售趋势,提供数据驱动的建议,优化销售策略。

· 销售流程支持与优化

熟悉汽车销售公司的全流程(如车辆订购、库存管理、交付、售后等),确保销售支持工作的高效运作。

参与销售流程优化,推动数字化转型,提高销售运营效率。

协调销售、市场、财务及供应链部门,确保销售流程顺畅执行。

· 业务分析与策略支持

监测销售目标达成情况,分析各区域、各渠道的销售业绩,识别潜在增长机会。

支持销售团队制定销售策略,提供市场对标分析,优化销售模式。

参与销售会议,提供数据支持,辅助管理层决策。

· 系统与工具管理

负责CRM、DMS(Dealer Management System)等销售管理系统的数据维护和优化,提高数据准确性和系统使用效率。

通过Power BI、Tableau或Excel等工具建立销售可视化报表,提升数据分析的直观性和可操作性。

· 支持销售团队日常运营

协助销售团队处理合同、报价、库存查询等日常工作,提升团队运作效率。

负责销售支持材料的准备,如市场分析、产品手册、培训资料等。

协助组织销售培训,提高团队的数据分析能力和工具使用能力。

任职要求:

· 工作经验: 3年以上汽车行业销售支持、数据分析或业务运营相关工作经验。

· 熟悉汽车销售全流程,具备汽车经销商、OEM或汽车金融公司工作经验者优先。

· 教育背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、汽车工程等相关专业。

技能要求:

· 具备优秀的数据分析能力,熟练使用Excel(如VLOOKUP、Pivot Table、宏等)、Power BI等数据工具。

· 了解销售管理系统,如CRM、DMS等,并有相关使用经验。

· 逻辑思维清晰,能够将复杂数据转化为可执行的商业建议。

· 具备良好的沟通能力,能够与跨部门团队高效协作。

· 细致、责任心强,能在快节奏环境中工作,处理多任务需求。

语言要求:

· 具备流利的英文能力,能够进行跨文化沟通。

· 具备中文能力者优先。
