As an Mechanical Engineer you will be required to work Mon-Fri split days, 7am-4pm & 8am-5pm.
Day to Day Duties
Working Monday-Friday split days, 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm. Part of a 3 man team.
PPMs, Reactives, UPS and AHU, FCU, Pumps, motors and general plumbing maintenance
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client
Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters
Qualifications / Requirements
Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing with certificates.
Maintenance skills
Experience with PPM's on commercial systems
Steady and progressive work history
Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced corporate environment.
