Job Offer – Rental Agent at Malaga Airport

Company: SOLO Rent a Car

SOLO Rent a Car is a modern and rapidly growing car rental company. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Rental Agent to join our customer service team on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the car rental industry
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Valid Spanish B driver's license (Manual & Automatic)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong background in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire client experience, from initial contact to problem resolution
  • Handling reservations, contracts, and vehicle sales
  • Driving company vehicles to designated locations when needed
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

Location: Malaga Airport

Hours: 40 hours per week (Evening Shift)
