Are you passionate about travel, football, and creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee the planning and delivery of high-quality football tours across Spain and Southern Europe.

You'll play a key role in managing logistics, liaising with clients, developing hotel and club partnerships, and ensuring every tour runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Travel & Tour Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of football tours across Spain and Southern Europe
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and resolving any issues quickly
  • Coordinate all logistics: transport, accommodation, matches, and excursions
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams on tour progress and client feedback
  • Support the wider team in implementing new initiatives and improving the tour experience

Group Flight & Accommodation Bookings

  • Research and manage group flight bookings, including API and name submissions
  • Build and maintain a hotel database across the region, ensuring value and quality
  • Evaluate and regularly update hotel options to support planning and budgeting

Local Football Club Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with professional, semi-pro, and grassroots clubs
  • Organise training sessions and friendly matches with local teams
  • Negotiate terms, maintain strong relationships, and manage match logistics

Client Communication & Experience

  • Maintain regular and professional communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Produce clear tour documentation, confirmations, and post-tour feedback reports
  • Tailor each experience to group needs while ensuring operational feasibility

Itinerary Creation & Bookings

  • Build engaging day-to-day tour itineraries: football, culture, and downtime
  • Manage and confirm all bookings: hotels, venues, transportation, and excursions
  • Track deadlines, payments, and booking accuracy

Admin & Documentation

  • Be responsible for creating contracts, itineraries, and tour materials
  • Organise files in a structured and secure way, accessible to the wider team
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and compliant with company procedures

You'll Excel In This Role If You Have:

  • Experience in travel or event operations, ideally in sports or group tours
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence managing logistics and building relationships across cultures
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages like French, Italian or German fluency will be valuable)
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure
