Seleccionamos Project Manager en sector LIVING con conocimiento de Carpintería para empresa nacional dedicada al Design&Build especializada en la realización de proyectos (hoteles, coliving, residencias de estudiantes, etc.).
Su principal responsabilidad será gestionar toda la trazabilidad de los proyectos desde su adjudicación hasta su finalización, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos y los estándares de calidad, así como la rentabilidad de los mismos y cumplimiento de plazos.
Planificará y coordinará la programación de los proyectos asignados conjuntamente con los interesados participantes en los mismos.
Se requiere :
- Titulación superior de Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, o asimilable.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en la gestión de proyectos de ejecución de carpintería y mobiliario a medida.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
Se valorará :
- Experiencia en proyectos de ámbito Living, hoteles, residencias de estudiantes
- Formación en Dirección de Proyectos, valorándose metodología PMI.
- Dominio de inglés, valorándose positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
- Incorporación estable a empresa plenamente asentada en su sector con posibilidad de desarrollo a largo plazo.
- Retribución negociable en función de aportación de candidato / a de en torno a 40.000 € + variable.
