Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining records of cleaning activities and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Following infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and effectively communicating with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Working around cleaning products.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
- Residency within the service area required.
