We are seeking an HR professional who is passionate about creating the best employee experience, enjoys challenges and thrives in a multicultural environment.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent Management matters across our Barcelona and Vigo offices, while also supporting global HR projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing guidance to employees on policies and procedures
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve employee relations issues
  • Act as a coach, offering support and feedback to leaders and employees within the organization
  • Serve as an internal advisor, collaborating with others as needed
  • Advise employees on company policies and practices while advocating for both company and employee concerns
  • E nsure legal compliance from an HR perspective
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans for locations under scope
  • Identify process improvements and implement Talent Management initiatives across Netcentric
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager with a generalist profile or equivalent in Talent Management in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience working in a multicultural setting and distributed teams
  • Background in fast-paced IT companies
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law is required
  • Knowledge of other European countries' labour laws is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
