Tu misión: Serás responsable de apoyar en la gestión financiera y operativa de proyectos en el sector retail. Tus tareas incluirán la elaboración de informes, seguimiento de presupuestos y soporte en la administración de herramientas de Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Requisitos mínimos:
Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y control de presupuestos.
Conocimientos sólidos en la elaboración de informes y reportes a dirección.
Experiencia en PPM, gestionando desde altas en la herramienta hasta el seguimiento de peticiones.
Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Responsabilidades:
Preparar informes de forecast y el informe de situación de proyectos para verificar el gasto real.
Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de la unidad de negocio.
Colaborar en tareas de facturación: gestionar altas en PPM y asegurar su registro en COP4, entre otros procesos.
Gestionar peticiones en Ariba.
Brindar soporte a los responsables de la unidad en la gestión de proyectos en PPM.
