Como Technical Support Specialist, serás responsable de ofrecer soporte pre y postventa a los equipos comerciales, distribuidores y usuarios finales en tecnologías de Audio, Video e Iluminación. Tu misión será proporcionar un soporte técnico claro y adaptado al nivel de cada cliente, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los proveedores. Además, elaborarás presupuestos y documentación técnica, realizarás presentaciones de productos, entrenamientos, demostraciones y configurarás sistemas. Serás clave en garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban soluciones completas y efectivas, contribuyendo al éxito de sus proyectos audiovisuales con un enfoque técnico y profesional.

Funciones Principales :

  • Brindar soporte como primera línea de atención a distribuidores y usuarios finales.
  • Alcanzar objetivos personales, proporcionar informes de progreso, realizar configuraciones de sistemas, demostraciones de productos e impartir formaciones técnicas.
  • Mantener relaciones con distribuidores, ayudándoles a obtener más negocios y posicionando a Midwich Iberia como su proveedor preferido.
  • Asegurar comunicación clara sobre soluciones técnicas, presupuestos y expansiones, además de realizar simulaciones electroacústicas.
  • Recopilar información de problemas, coordinar la resolución con el cliente y gestionar eficientemente los casos.
  • Mantener la base de conocimientos actualizada.
  • Asistir a formaciones y eventos del sector, aprovechando los recursos de soporte de los proveedores.
  • Formación en ingeniería técnica, telecomunicaciones, audiovisuales o similar.
  • Imprescindible experiencia y conocimientos sólidos en Audio, Video e Iluminación.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico en estos campos, preferentemente en el sector audiovisual.
  • Habilidad para comunicarte de manera efectiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Capacidad para diseñar soluciones técnicas y adaptar el soporte al nivel de comprensión de los clientes.
  • Enfoque al cliente, trabajo en equipo y empatía.
  • Capacidad para organizar y gestionar tu tiempo de forma efectiva, con habilidades en la resolución de problemas.
  • Pensamiento creativo e innovación en la búsqueda de soluciones.
  • Planificación y organización de proyectos, con enfoque comercial.
