Main responsibilities:

  • Sales: Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Centro Sur comprising of Madrid and periphery, Andalucía, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura, Canary Islands).
  • Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service department.
  • Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory.
  • Attends congresses and events.

Management:

  • Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager).
  • Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis.
  • Coaches the team to improve performance.
  • Spends time in the field together with the team.

Stakeholders management:

  • Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of PC for reporting and sales analysis.
  • Experience in sales to public and private centers.
  • Full working proficiency in Spanish language.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Centro Sur).
