We Are Looking for a UX Writer in Madrid

Location: Onsite in Madrid, Spain

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented UX Writer to enhance communication across our platform and optimize the user journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Write and refine UX microcopy for digital interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand's voice.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to create copy that enhances usability and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain content style guides to ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Craft messages for user flows, notifications, error messages, buttons, and other digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and user experience principles.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and conversion-driven content.
  • Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in English and French (Mandarin is a plus but not required).
