Como Software Engineer Backend, serás una pieza clave en el desarrollo y evolución de nuestros proyectos, asegurando la mejor calidad y eficiencia en nuestras soluciones tecnológicas. Trabajarás en un equipo multidisciplinar, donde tu experiencia y conocimientos ayudarán a definir la estrategia y dirección técnica de cada proyecto.
Responsabilidades Proponer arquitecturas para nuevos proyectos y auditar arquitecturas existentes para optimizar eficiencia.
Evaluar la viabilidad técnica y el alcance de los proyectos.
Elaborar planificaciones, ofertas y valoraciones económicas.
Gestionar técnicamente los proyectos con el equipo de desarrollo.
Mantener interlocución con clientes para alinear objetivos de negocio y técnicos.
Asegurar plazos, costes y calidad de los desarrollos.
Aplicar metodologías de testing y calidad en todos los desarrollos.
Detectar y mitigar posibles problemas, cambios y desviaciones en los proyectos.
Documentar los proyectos según las normas establecidas por la organización.
Tecnologías y Herramientas Arquitecturas de Software: Microservicios, Domain Driven Design (DDD), TDD.
Frameworks de Desarrollo: Spring Boot, Maven, .Net Core.
Experiencia en integración continua y metodologías ágiles.
Uso de herramientas de documentación y gestión: JIRA, Office 365.
Requisitos Grado / Diplomatura / Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática.
Amplia capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
Conocimiento y aplicación de metodologías de trabajo ágil.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para liderar y cohesionar equipos de desarrollo.
Empatía, proactividad y dominio del inglés.
