Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of software applications.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather process requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Design and model enhancements to existing processes.
  • Support the testing and deployment of new applications and enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication between organizational units to align operations and project goals.
  • Responsible for documenting all process analysis.
  • Adhere to Westinghouse standards and controls within area of responsibility.
Experience of Successful Candidate:
  • Bachelor degree, preferred in IT.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and life cycles.
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Understands and successfully communicates best practices for optimized solutions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using Microsoft DevOps or other Application Lifecycle Management tool.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
