Important company in the automotive sector located in the Anoia region needs to incorporate a Head of Accounting.

The person we are looking for must bring autonomy and initiative and must have accredited experience in accounting and management. Our ideal candidate must be used to working in international environments and with high volumes of invoicing.

You are the ideal candidate if you have accounting and team management experience, if you have a medium/high level of English and if you live in the Anoia area or nearby.

TIER1 multinational company with a high presence around the world, dedicated to the fabrication of plastic parts and components in the automotive industry, located in La Pobla de Claramunt, with injection and painting lines employing over 300 workers and managing the entire finance department of Spain.

Finality:

Ensure accurate accounting, compliance with legal obligations and Group standards, and manage the accounting departments.

Main Missions:

  • Supervise accounting for each entity, coordinate monthly reporting, monitor accounting information, and management.
  • Implement process improvements, reduce costs related to accounting functions, coordinate tasks, supervise report production, and collaborate on analyzing results and budgeting.
  • Ensure application of accounting procedures, compliance with legal and fiscal requirements, propose improvements, and participate in generating Group standards.
  • Manage relationships with auditors and external agents, organizing their tasks under the overall plan.
  • Manage activities based on objectives, prepare action plans, propose budgets, allocate resources, monitor performance, conduct appraisals, develop team skills, and ensure motivation and a positive work environment.
