Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop data-driven strategies to achieve significant increases in lead generation and ROI across all channels.
  2. Manage digital campaigns, setting and tracking KPIs (ROI, CPA).
  3. Create all e-commerce marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  4. Develop and implement SEO-optimized content strategies.
  5. Manage e-commerce investment budgets, controlling variance.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and report monthly metrics.
  7. Collaborate with sales, product, and KAM teams.
  8. Optimize for SEO/SEM and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
  9. Conduct market research and adapt strategies based on insights.
  10. Mentor junior team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. SEO/SEM: Optimize for visibility to achieve a 10% traffic increase.
  2. Market Research: Monitor trends and adapt strategies based on insights.
  3. Budget Management: Oversee a (Dollar Amount) budget to achieve (Percentage)% ROI with a +/- (Percentage)% variance.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships to ensure consistent branding.
  5. Team Development: Mentor junior staff in SEO, social media, and analytics.
  6. Influencer Marketing: Manage campaigns and track ROI.
Qualifications:

Professional Experience & Education:

  1. Minimum 4-5 years of successful digital marketing experience (FMCG/B2B).
  2. Proven track record of measurable improvements in lead generation and brand awareness.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  4. Expertise in SEO-optimized content and integrated campaigns.
  5. Excellent collaboration skills.

Specific Knowledge:

  1. E-commerce Expertise: Strong grasp of all e-commerce elements.
  2. Analytical Skills: Expert in analytical, statistical, and quantitative methods.
  3. Cross-Functional Networking: Proven ability to build networks to achieve marketing goals.
  4. Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies.
  5. Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant regulations (specify if applicable).
